Full Studio Rental

The Entire Studio Package – $700

 

Gather a group of Friends, Family, a Team, or an Event, and do something fun and creative!  This package is designed for adults, families, or groups wanting to rent the entire studio.

Maximum of 70 people. 

 

Available Times:

  • Monday – Thursday: 10 am – 9 pm
  • Friday & Saturday: Please call for availability
  • Sunday: 5 pm – 8 pm
  • Event duration is 3 hours, which includes 30 minutes set up and 30 minutes clean up

 

Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, team building, corporate events, bridal and baby showers, fundraisers, and more!

 

What’s Included:

  • The $700 party fee covers studio time, paint, glaze, and firing (due at the time of reservation).
  • Price does not include pottery — pottery is paid for on the day of the party.
  • Your event must include at least 50 painters / purchase of 50 pottery pieces.
  • Other chaperones and guests are welcome.  The seating is limited to a total of 70 chairs.  Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate more standing guests.
  • Three dedicated Color Me Mine party hosts.
  • Feel free to bring your own food, drinks, and decorations.  Wine and beer are allowed for guests over the age of twenty-one.  
  • Painted items will be glazed, fired, and ready for pick-up in 10-14 days!

 

Additional Options:

  • Please call if you’d like to select specific pottery for your event that falls within your budget.  We have pottery in various sizes and price ranges to match the theme of your event! 
    • Examples: Seasonal items, ornaments, mugs, plates, animals / mascots, children’s characters, etc.
    • With 30-day advance notice, we will do our best to source any pottery item you would like for your event that we don’t normally carry! (not guaranteed)

 

Terms and Conditions:

  • The $700 party fee is non-refundable unless the reservation is canceled at least 14 days in advance.
  • Sales tax applies.
  • An 18% service charge will be automatically added at check out.  Additional gratuity for your party hosts is appreciated! 
  • The reservation host must pick up all finished pieces, which will be bagged individually.
